One of the classes I'm required to teach is called "Business English." I don't really care for it (the subject, not the individual class shown here). But I do what I can.

Last year, I had an idea: use Business English as a class to encourage free speaking in English. Easier said than done. So I tried something new — students taught lessons to their classmates, conducting the lesson primarily in English. It worked — sort of.

This year, I tried it again, with some modifications. It worked a little better — sort of. I think if I were to do it again, I would have all the major problems worked out.

Shown here is the final group — the only time I remembered to take my camera to school.
